I offer high quality yoga private sessions, specifically tailored to your needs and goals, wherever you are on your yoga and mindfulness journey.
Sessions can be done in English or French and last 75-90 minutes.
Prenatal yoga uses safely the tools of yoga to serve you at any stage of your pregnancy, to prepare and empower you for birth and beyond.
From 6 to 8 weeks postpartum, postnatal yoga is a great way to regain strength and stamina after giving birth, relax your nervous system, nourish your spirit, and can easily include baby.
